研究内容:基于新型共轭聚合物纳米粒子的光热/光动力疗法,结合CRISPR基因编辑、PROTAC靶向蛋白降解、免疫微环境重塑以及氧化应激信号通路调控等多种技术开展了多角度、多层次的协同抗肿瘤治疗研究工作,显著增强了抗肿瘤治疗的效率。
